Peter MI felt extremely unsafe in the truck, I had to turn around and drive it back to the U-Haul place to totally be disregarded even though the truck had had prior complaints. The vehicle drove so poorly it double our drive time because we had to drive under the speed limit and doubled out mileage by having to turn around. We rented furniture pads which were dirty and smelted disgusting, we weren’t to use them. We were able to use the dolly. I was originally quoted $67 and charged $97 the day of rental them $130 total after returning it . Spoke with the manager who was very nice but gave me $30 back totaling the cost of $100 which is extremely overpriced for the quality, experience and added stress on top of moving. Do not use this place. I will attach videos and pictures on a google review. Honestly extremely dangerous and disappointing. Not worth the money at all. Spend a little more elsewhere for peace of mind. I sure will next time
Erika WCustomer service was great but the truck's power was HORRIBLE. It could barely get to 50 MPH while empty. Thank goodness it was only a local move. It would not have been workable for any inclines on the highway.

Daniel SIn general the equipment did seem a bit "old" and beaten up... the tires were also muddy. I was also charged for pads and dolly that were not in the truck when I picked it up... can these be refunded, please.

Donald SI honestly HATE using you all!!! The only reason we do is because it’s the most affordable around here! You are a scam, in that you ALWAYS manage to find a way to add a charge for something!! You have your system set up in such a way that it is IMPOSSIBLE to just rent and return a truck without extra charges! You all are the worst!

TERESAWADE TThe location was fine. The truck was in awful shape, made terrible sounds while driving, the heat didn’t work. The airbag light was on which made me feel uneasy. Seats were ripped up. Definitely not uhaul quality or at least not what I’ve experienced before from uhaul.

Every time I went to check on things or to get something or to put something in my unit after a relative's estate finally closed, the facility was easy to access while being secure, clean, and well-lit. Most importantly, the staff were always friendly, knowledgeable, more than willing to go the extra mile to help, and a joy to work with. I'm sure there are other facilities that are newer and more attractive, but I doubt if there is a better staff anywhere. I'm beyond grateful I had such peace of mind while going through a longer than expected period of transition. The staff made all the difference.
