From the time I arrived to when I got on yhe road, it took overv3 hours. Afterv2 hours, check out was complete. I loaded the car on a trailer covered in dirt. Went strap the wheels down to find the straps had been cut by previous renter. Had to unload car and then go to another uhaul to get straps replaced.Tim B.

Very nice people . Great customer service. Truck was clean, kind of felt like the tranny was slipping or something was off but worked and ran great other than that. The manual roll up windows wasn't the most convenient. I couldn't reach to roll the window up when I was on the freeway but no big deal. Would recommend.Angela W.

Did not have enough moving blankets, wanted 36, only had 16. Truck pictures used for web pickup did not match condition of truck. Clerk at store said if I disputed pictures I could not have the truck. I took the truck because I needed it and it ran great. I explained the moving pad and truck pick up situation to him. He was very professional and apologized for my inconveniences.Luis J.
One wiper blade was missing, and the other was barely attached. I did not notice this until it began to rain on the trip. The window was also cracked, but that was marked. Not a great experience. I would probably explore other options before using U Haul again.Steve P.

So I was told that the gas was at 3/4 tank. Got in, it was only at 1/4 tank!! But the person who drove the truck didn't know it was supposed to be at 3/4 so since I didn't drive it I didn't know that it wasn't at 3/4 so I spent $60 just to get it back at 3/4 and the person just showed me a pic of what the tank was before us driving off of the property and it was only 1/4 so I would hope that I could get reimbursed for the gas I spent because the owner didnt actually check the gas once the last customer used that truck obviously!!Breeannah B.

This guy was even more rude than the one before. I told him I returned My truck around 8:30-8:35 am and he was arguing with me that I did not return it. He said I had to do it within business hours however my appointment to return was 8am. Yes I was late to return it by 8:30 but he could have been more nice and had better customer service. He was so rude when I asked him to repeat my email back he couldn't and I am still yet to receive my email from him so I'm unsure if it was correct. Overall I will not recommend these U-Haul places. It saddens me because I've used U-Haul many times before and this was the worst situation I've been in.Candy G.

Make sure that when a customer requests a rental be picked up in the surrounding neighborhood, that that request be honored. I had to drive an hour each way at my expense to pick up the UHaul rental. I reserved the UHaul over a month before the pick up near my home. Not acceptable! Ever!Eric L.

The trailer was not at the location we were told to go to. After we found the new location the only person who could help us was not there, and did not arrive for 30 minutes, and when we finally got hooked up we discovered a boot on the t railer wheel and we had to wait for it to be removed. All in all the process took well over an hour.Roger R.

The person assisting us was nice, but was not very helpful. Did not know the equipment, and how to secure car to trailer. Although he perhaps was trying his best, it is not our fault that you accepted our reservation and then sent us to a vendor rather than a service center. This vendor had no travel accessories we needed on site, and he appeared to lack experience with properly connecting car onto trailer. Our drive was much more stressful than it needed to be simply because of the poor job attaching our car to the trailer. I probably will not rent a uhaul trailer again as I do not want to rent with a vendor who doesn't know the equipment and you offered me no other choice or option.TRUDY C.

Bad costumer service will not recommend to any one call costumer service never answer any questions that we're required lasted on the phone for an hour and never respond back there we're going back to back and putting on hold to the next representative and explain over and over not happy with this at all .Gaspar F.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had renting truck to move. The representative at Cig 4 Less KNEW there was a problem with the trucks gas hose. When I picked up the truck the gas cap was opened and he said to me when checking fuel amount , â€œI hope no one has stolen the gas out.â€ However we checked and gas tank was full so I assumed gas cap must've just been left opened by accident. The trucks sit in the opened parking lot of his cigarette shop. Meanwhile, when getting ready to return the truck I go to get gas and when going to pump ALL the gas went straight to the ground. I called Cigs 4 Less and same inpatient/rude man ask, â€œwhat's wrong with you, you don't know how to pump gas.â€ I told him, â€œyes I have pumped gas for at least 30 years.â€ I took truck to the store to see if he would assist me. He came out rude looked under truck and says, â€œthe hose is looseâ€ accusing me of this. I had 2 witnesses with me. He ended up saying he put I. 8 gallons of gas and I was charged $41.61. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I tried to put the gas in asked him to accompany me to see me attempt to put gas in which would have been at the MOST $24 bucks. Gas in the area is $2.95 per gallon, the truck does/did NOT say needs Premium. I now truly believe he may have done this to not ONLY myself and this may be how he gets extra money. His reaction was too Over the Top. I will NEVER recommend to a friend. Not even a foe. I took pictures and have video. Wish that I could upload them here.Lucinda JD C.

This was supposed to be contactless but the dealer said it doesn't work. So not only did I have to go inside a cigarette store, but I had to deal with a very inept man. He could not spell and mixed up his numbers horribly. When checking the mileage on the truck, he grabbed my phone and started hitting accept! The mileage on the phone check in and the mileage on the truck did not match. When I returned the truck, he tried to charge me the difference which was DOUBLE the miles I drove. When I tried to explain that the mileage upon check in was incorrect he refused to listen to me. I caused such a scene that he finally threw some cash back at me for the mileage difference. I am positive he will do this to the next person too. Horrible experience!!!Nicole H.

Find qualified representatives to manage operations. The man I picked up from was rude and didn't understand that I had already reserved the truck. In my opinion he shouldn't be renting out the UHaul equipment. Since I already had it reserved I shouldn't have needed a new contract. This person at the cigs for less, that was there at 7 am on Saturday august 29 th 2020 felt off to me I felt like he was trying to scam me or something. Normally I have a great experience with UHaul but this one made me want to use a different service next time!ALEJANDRO A.

Did the reservation on the phone, and they evidently have nothing but the truck for my good guy where I picked it up. No blankets, no heavy duty hand truck, and no four wheel dolly. I'm a repeat customer, and very disappointed in your telephone reservation reps.Bruce S.
