I picked up the rental at 1105 Jalna Blv location. The staff was friendly but couldn't answer some basic questions about certain costs. But it all worked out. Pick up and drop off was ok. Agent had me go outside to take my own pictures of mileage and gas gauge.

Absolutely the best ever renting from U-Haul experience. The young man was very friendly and helpful. In fact the owner of the store was there when I returned the van. He too was friendly and asked if everything was fine with my rental. I love the fact I can walk less than five minutes to rent a truck or van when required.

I attempted to use the 24/7 mobile pickup options, but your mobile app didn't work (pages wouldn't load) for either of the pickup or drop off. In this feedback you request ratings of the locations, but not the service overall. The locations were fine, it's your backend services that should be receiving the poor ratings.

Deep G.I was charged the estimate amount upon pick up and the amount was different upon drop off but nothing was refunded. Charges weren't clear. Not sure how a rental that was 19.99 plus 16$ for insurance and 45 kms at .89 a km could come to 114. It was returned with no need to top up fuel either.

CAMERAN S.When booking a U haul and it's written on the website that you can pay cash and you can also book with debit card but it doesn't allow you to is very frustrating. It's also headache when you go to pay cash and they tell you they don't take cash but a previous time we did it worked then our moving day we couldn't pay cash and having to go back in and then putting down yet another deposit so we can get it to move. It was a headache and it should not be that frustrating.
Justin S.I had the best experience renting a truck. employees behind the counter are amazing and very helpful. No surprise on the bill as well. by mistake I put an extra gas in the tank and they called Uhaul and refunded me that as well. I would rent from them again in future.

I didn't pay online for a REASON - I don't want my credit card information out there. Now they have the card, the csv AND my driver's license info. They said the payment system wasn't working so they had to do it this way and if I didn't like it, they will cancel the reservation. I will NEVER use this location again.
BRIAN G.The pickup was great. Make sure to get pictures of your gas gauge. They tried to say I didn't put enough gas in. I had to get my own picture and compare it to the clerk. The clerk stated raising his voice at me. I went 40 km and put $25 of gas in. Be careful renting from this location.

When he learn the customer service then he may be eligible to work in convenience store. He made me believe as he was the ceo of u-haul. I return the truck with gas above the line when I took it, and drop of two and half hour before my expected time, and I got charge more then estimated amount for 8 hours. I'm all done with u-haul. Never again

Ricardo U.Truck was dirty - cab with garbage, food waste and mud, rear with mud and debris that was not suitable for moving my personal items. I ordered 24 moving mats and received none in the truck. After spending time returning to the store, discovered only 12 were available which significantly hindered my move. Store clerk was indifferent and made no effort to assist. Overall a very poor experience.

mark S.Uhaul randomly would shift into a high gear as driving, so it would shift down into 2nd from third while holding throttle steady. Couldn't extend my uhaul, on website or by calling. Always been a good fan i even told the person i returned it at that it was running a lil off. Also not sure why i got charged an extra on my bill. Kinda not impressed by that. Unit was Clean but im not sure the drivabiliry even with out tow haul on it was gear searching or downshufting randomly revs would go to 1500 to 3000.

The process of picking up the truck was very time consuming 20 minutes at least! This was unexpected, since I had done the reservation on line with all the information that was then requested again by the representative. He also failed to tell us we were required to take a photo of the dash showing the mileage and fuel level, we had to go back out to the truck to take the photo.
Jeffrey W.The vehicle had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and the air vent was broken. When I talked to the staff, their answer was "don't worry about it it being cleaned on Monday". There was another vehicle there that was the same size, and when I asked for it, the answer was that it was reserved for someone else, so I could not use it. I explained that I just quit smoking and and would appreciate the switch, but the answer was still no. There was No walkthrough done before leaving or when I arrived back and when I got back I was told I had to go and take a photo of the dashboard to show KM's used and gas level, so the staff could take a photo of my photo..very weird and poor service once again. I will never refer U-haul to any of my clients (I am a real estate broker). The service vs the cost is very very poor.

Susan R.20 footer truck has bad alignment going all over the road and worse on dirt road. When at full stop it seems truck surges foward fee times while i held on brakes harderèè and couldnt put in park after few forceful tries. Speedometer is in MPH. Cant read KmPH on speedometer.

I think uhaul should begin dropping off request vehicles at requested sites if they're within a certain distance to prevent further over charging of their customers. Either that or only charge for the amount of kilometers it would have taken to drive from the original pick up location.

BRENDAN V.When I picked up the truck I was given the choice of drop off location. I had to pick up a car dolly in Strathroy which I was told I could return with the truck. When I returned the truck to the chosen location I was told I could not return the dolly to the same location. This was very inconvenient and after calling Uhaul customer service they also didn't seem to care. They told me I was called about an alternate drop off location. I never reviewed this phone call. Then after picking up the truck and driving to Strathroy to pick up dolly I found the truck had two holes in the front driver side tire which Pam at Strathroy Uhaul was amazing at looking after me by getting me into a garage to get it fixed. An hour and a half later and $60 my own cost, I was able to pick up dolly and drive to pick up my car. As I got to London I was waved at by a police officer that the one ramp was being dragged. I pulled over and I found the pin to hold the ramp in place was missing. I was told to waste my time and drive across London to get it fixed. I'm sorry I did not have time as I had to load up the truck. I zip tied the ramp in place. The wipers were also in poor condition so I had to stop at another location to get them changed out. Is none of this checked??

Never received the reimbursement for this overpayment the first time or the second time- was then charged bogus fuel charges when the fuel was indeed filled back to where it was- receipts were provided. Absolute scam. Never will I use UHAUL again!

I had to travel elsewhere to rent a dolly for the same price as the van! You will need to 'tweak' your services so that what is ordered is provided OR make it clear that those items are not available at the site.

Also - we wanted to rent one way and a van would have worked but again were told when we arrived this wasn't possible either. Better clarification for this type of service would reduce decison- making and make for a quicker process. Stay were pleasant and knowledable but perhaps short staffed. Thanks
