This location is run efficiently and professionally. My truck looked like it had been detailed upon picking it up. Super clean. Would definitely recommend this location to friends. I'll be using them again, for sure.

Leroy JVery friendly customer service, person I spoke to was courteous and made picking up, paying for and dropping off the rental extremely simple (I have not rented in a while but I have helped family move 3 times in the last few years). The U-Haul vehicle was the cleanest I have ever driven which says a lot as renters usually are rough when moving. They also have a member patrol the grounds which is nice but on a constructive note the area is somewhat remote and probably not comfortable to someone who is unfamiliar with the area and alone. I think if the owner of the retail strip were to do a solid renovation of the area (our area still has many dirt roads) and a facade face-lift it would probably be more lucrative and much more comfortable. The area is developing with a new Wada gas station down the street and a very sharp Publix grocery and college satellite nearby.

Thomas SI had reserve a truck two weeks prior to pickup date and the day before pickup, the pickup date got moved 19 miles further away. I had to call a phone number and do everything remotely. Not the service I’ve gotten in the past and come to expect from U-Haul.
Wesley MStore owner via phone was very nice as I dropped after hours. . Sorry but after dark, location terrible! Terrible lighting, drop box & lot off to side to drop truck: dangerous. Daylight business because female store owner very nice, I’d go back but NOT after hours!

Richard AIt’s a bit confusing that you drive to the address, and find a door that says to call a phone number. Then you have to drive to the opposite side of the property to locate your rental. After that the process is easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The equipment we rented was not in the vehicle and we were unable to move what we needed. Complete waste of time and money. I was extremely upset dissatisfied and disappointed !
Kole CSun was sitting when I attempted to drop off trailer. U-Haul is not the main business of this car repair site. I had a difficult time locating anyone to assist me. When I did locate someone they did not assist but just directed me to “drop the trailer out back.” No help in doing so nor any documentation that I had returned the trailer. The place was way less than a safe, clean environment!
james j6x12 trailer and hand truck rental. Hand truck was not available as reserved. Trailer had 7 lights not functioning after having the trailer wiring fixed at the tongue. You can't beat the ease of using UHaul, but the equipment needs to be inspected and operating properly before rented out to the next person.

Richard TI booked an appliance Dolley for the move but when i arrived it was not there and U-haul was not able to find me another from close location, this made much harder the move work, i never was notified ahead that there was not availability of dolley.
JOSE MRented a 15’ truck so I could move a refrigerator. Also rental an appliance dolly. The dolly was not on the truck and went back and was told they hadn’t been available for awhile. Would not have rented truck without the dolly

Went to rent a truck today and it had smoke, possible weed smell in it was awful but got another truck thankfully. Will recommend this location to others. steve lThe process to rent the truck is very time-consuming. Some older adults will definitely have a hard time with this process doing business over the phone and uploading your Drivers License and other sensitive information. It would be nice to have a small office onsite and live person that you can do business with and ask questions. Aleena was very professional but swamped and I feel need help answering the phones taking customer reservations and returns. This is an ideal location for people that live out west, but the lot/area where the trucks are kept in the dirt/dust is unacceptable. That particular area is a safety hazard trying to get to the truck with all of the ditches and potholes. And when returning the truck late evenings it's pitch dark out there with no lights; yet and still you have to go through the hassle of taking a Picture of the dashboard AGAIN all while sitting in the dark back there. Things can happen anywhere, we get it, but make sure you're doing what you can as a business to make your customers feel SAFE so they can tell others about the business and they themselves become a returning customer. Time is of the essence and time is money and many of us do not have time to waste! Overall experience I feel if they listen to the customers concerns this place will become a hot commodity on this side of town. Customer service is everything!
Natasha JThe mobile pickup and return takes way too long to accomplish due to the number of pictures required to be uploaded. Time could be saved for those with an account to have D/L info on file such that it doesn’t require upload every time and no equipment condition photos required if insurance is purchased.
