I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with U-Haul. Every time I try to do the mobile pick up, it’s never ready and it’s always a huge inconvenience to get it sorted. When I was instructed to call, I was transferred and went straight to voicemail. Then I was told I just had to wait at the store After waiting and picking my vehicle up 30+ minutes late, there was no dolly or furniture pads available which were essential to my move. This is the last time I will be using U-Haul for moving purposes.

Selina Pratt-thompsonI included an appliance dolly with my rental and the pickup location did not have one available. I was told "but if you go to x location they should have one you can rent." I know shit happens sometimes, but I was pretty frustrated that I was told to go somewhere else to pick something up that I reserved months ago. The truck also shifts a bit funky, recommend checking it out soon.
Jared MassengaleOnly conversation had was them asking if I had the correct drop/off location and after showing text message received with address, they said okay and they would figure it out. There was no mention of extra charges.

Allen ChrismanThe text came headlined Thank you for using Uhaul. I was busy, which most would be when renting a uhaul. I didn't open the text until I returned the uhaul when I got home. I missed the procedure to follow to not get charged until I got home. That text should be titled Uhaul returning procedure, and I would have taken the time to click on it and read it.

I had my reservation for pickup 3 months in advance and I had to wait 10 hrs later to pick up the UHUAL, because I had a spot driver to take me to get the truck. There should always be a truck available if I reserved it few months in advance. BAD BUSINESS/Customer Service!!

Finda NyorkorI’ve used this location 3 times now. This time it was under new management. The older couple retired, but the new people that took it over are just as good if not better. The guy at the counter was really nice and didn’t end up costing me that much at all.

Larry ThomasI had to drive 20 minutes to pick up the truck instead of being able to pick it up in my city. So I had to cover the mileage even though it wasn't my fault that the local branch did not have the truck available.
Kaleb BlackGood communication. Truck was in good order. One suggestion is to explain to add gas before coming back or there will be a charge. I misunderstood, but they took care of it since I paid for the safe drive (which is not in lieu of adding gas) and said I misunderstood that. They handled it well, so good review.
