Don't change a thing! The young lady that helped me at ABC storage was amazing! Not only was she patient with my indecisiveness when reserving a trailer, but when it came time to pick it up she was extremely helpful making sure our truck would be able to haul the trailer properly. She was by far one of the most pleasant and helpful individuals I've worked with when renting.Alana R.

it seems that no mater what you do prior to save time at pick up location to speed your experience up, you still have to do it all over again when you get there, other that taht all went smoothly, Sorry that fuel costs where half the price of the rental!! Thanks Joe Biden!!!Craig L.

The facility was clean.. my only complaint was the actual Uhaul truck I rented. I didn't realize it until I was already down the road but the alignment on the truck was pretty bad. I had to hold the steering wheel in the 10-11 o'clock position for the truck to drive straight.Drew D.

these 6x12 trailers are heavy. I had to help lift the trailer off the hitch. I think it is unrealistic to expect all attendants at your storage locations to have the ability to lift the trailers. these trailers should come equipped with jacks. Please don't take this out on attendant, she was very nice and knowledgeable.Richard H.

Make the online check in/return easier. The ending mileage was extremely frustrating, 0.0 made the final miles show low till I added a extra zero. I was given a new location on the morning of pick up so my pads or dolly weren't on the truck. But I was charged for them.Shawnlee D.

I used self pick up using the U-Haul website. I was given the wrong word to open the word lock to retrieve the keys to the truck. I called the customer service number where I was on hold for 50 minutes. In total it took about 1.5 hours to pick up the truck. This could have all been avoided if the correct word had been given.Jennifer S.

I was over charge for 2 days, when reservation included 2 days rental. Called the drop off location at ABC in Richland WA and he said he'll fix it and process refund. In short dropping off after hours can lead to incorrect billing.Dara K.

The rental truck, like most, was pretty dirty. Granted, it's purpose is to get dirty and help facilitate transport of large items. Also, moving is stressful. The cleanliness could be the burden of the renter. Not a huge deal.Joseph B.

When we were asked what the destination was, we were not told that if you deviate from this plan you'll be charged an exorbitant amount of money for any extra miles. We went an extra 18 miles and it cost $77.00!!!!!! That included miles to drop off the truck!!! I think this is outrageous!!!!susan S.

The counter person was not at all friendly, did not check the truck or the equipment with me, put down a fuel gage that was not correct therfore charged me more fuel than it needed. I had the same experience with all the people I dealt with in this trip even when I was called to let know that the equipment is not in my home town but 30 minutes away from me. Only after I insisted I'm not driving the uhaul truck for an hour to pick up a car Dolly and called many people that they "found" me a car Dolly where I ordered it at the beginning?!?! No one was willing to help. They told me there are no blankets where I ordered them and that I have to "call around to find some" I asked the lady on the phone if she can help me and she flat told me "NO" I was on the phone for hours the day of my move to solve all these problems where your representetives were not willing to solve. When I went to picks the Dolly from where I ordered them they had everything. Truck, blankets and the Dolly but because of the lncompetency of the team that was supposed to help me I had to Spend hours on the phone and drive to 3 different places to get everything I needed. The string wheel was really sticky. When I cleaned it, I used 4 paper towels and they all came out black because of the dirt and grim on the steering wheel the 5 was some what clean. I'm very very disappointed.BEHROUZ F.

Train employees to know how to do their jobs. Was there for about an hr and even tho I did everything for them online they couldn't figure out how to check me out. (Pasco wa location) 3 times there same experience every time. Employees poorly trained. If I could give a negative star I would.Juan C.
