The truck I received could use some brake work. Before I even loaded the truck I was coming up to one of my turns and even though I was pressing the brakes the truck was not slowing down. That might need to be looked at. Just thankful it wasn't worst then it could have beenJAHKAVEUS J.

Don't remember the name of the college student at the front desk, but she was delightful and was very knowledgeable. We reserved the van online, went by to pick it up and the whole transaction went smoothly, including pick up and drop off. I would highly use this location again.DANIEL V.

Location did not have furniture dollies nor did they have furniture pads, but the website still let me check them out regardless. The staff member was excellent and very helpful. She worked with me to make my move pleasant. Truck bed was dirty upon arrival. The cab of the truck was clean. Staff worked withe to extend my time and really saved the day.Steven A.

This was the third location I was transfers to for the 10 foot truck I had reserved 2 weeks in advance. Don't ever do this to your customers. This is not a sustainable aspect of your reservation system. People don't like it when you confirm one thing and deliver something else.EVA S.
We got a call half an hour before we were scheduled to pick the truck up that the additional items we'd reserved (furniture pads and a dolly) were not available, so we had to scramble last minute to get tbem. When we got there, the truck was parked in a way that was nearly impossible to get out the front. The girl at the front desk ended up having to drive it out the back gate for us. The cab was dirty and there was a food carton left inside. The back of the truck had sand everywhere which got all over the items we moved. Not the best of experiences.ALEXANDRA R.

Your location services on your website has defective code. When on turned on both safari and chrome location services the web page still did not return a confirmation or acknowledgment that I was at the right or wrong place. I kept hitting Share ETA the continue and it would never send the page and the webpage never responded , then you tell the customer your going to charge them $20.00 they don't share their Location of drop off ? Then I power cycled my iPhone and tryied it again and the Uhaul link UHAUL TXTED me to click on when I returned the truck went to a completely different web page !!!! What a PIA!! Then I called customer service to tell them I was at the right location only for them to tell me there's a 10 minute Waite time . You guys need to clean up your act on that WEB DIALOG WHEN THE CUSTOMER RETURNS THE TRUCK. It's QUITE THE PIA to punish the customer when your website does not work by threatening to charge him $20.00 to use your broken Location Validation website ...PHILIP H.

Good afternoon, I tried to call with a concern. The truck I received did not have good brakes. I had to drive 10 mph under the speed limit to limit the my stop distance. I often had to pump the brakes to get it to stop. No one answered in the repair department leaving me with a bad truck. I also wanted them to pull the truck off the line to prevent another customer from having the same issue. I also found food in the truck from the last customer. Unfortunately no one was able to help me. I felt stuck. I don't think I will trust to use another uhaul truck in the future.SIDIQUE D.

Excellent customer service. However the truck was extremely dirty. No debris but very dirty. So dirty that I was greatly concerned that I had to use my hand sanitizer to wipe down the stirring wheel. But the customer service was great!CARLA S.

Replace Patrice with a professional employee that represents your Brand in a positive manner. I have been a loyal Uhaul customer for many, many years and if this would have been my first experience at this location, I would NEVER have returned. This so called "manager" was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did she close the office 15 minutes early with a confirmed reservation still not picked up but she also failed to do her job by transferring the reservation to self check out status. She then told me basically to go on line and figure out what "self check out" meant and closed the door in my face MIND YOU 15 MINUTES BEFORE POSTED HOURS Closing time. It literally took over 2 hours for another Uhaul Customer Service rep to convert the rental just so that I could pick up the key from the drop box. This CSR went above and beyond her job simply to complete this "so called" Managers job that she failed to do before LEAVING EARLY! Not only did this other rep make sure the Uhaul Brand was represented in a positive manner but she assured me the proper Supervisors would be made aware of this disrespectful, unprofessional authorized Uhaul service provider location employee. There truly is a Uhaul location pretty much on every street corner these days and I warn all considering this particular location to take my advice and think twice. This location is ABSOLUTELY FAR FROM what I have been accustomed to in the many , many times I have used Uhaul and multiple other locations. SHAME ON YOU PATRICE for sucking at your job!! A move is one of the most stressful events in one's life and you added way more stress than you can even imagine with your careless work ethic and lazy attitude by closing 15 minutes early but most of all NEVER CONVERTING A RESERVATION TO SELF CHECK IN STATUS. I booked a reservation the day before at 11am and when I got there the reservation was canceled for some odd reason said the clerk. I was afraid I would not be able to get a truck. He then offered another truck larger but same price. I asked about roller dollies I booked and he said they were not available as well. He recommended going down the street to another location; I preceded to go and waith in line for awhile until they told me they were out as well! I was extremely upset and lost time messing with unorganization .overall I got the job done but lost 2 hrs fooling around with the securing truck and proper equipment.COREY C.
When I called, I was quoted .39 a mile, and when my husband went to pick it up and I saw the invoice I saw it was .79 a mile. I thought that was really high!Tracy A.

Patrice was fantastic. Extremely polite, professional and friendly. She made our experience great. The location: we've rented from here before. The office is certainly not somewhere where I'd expect to find someone like Patrice working. It's rough. The van was clean, but 2 tires very low, it needed oil. Not well maintained. The gas was below Full when we took it, but I filled it up past Full. $7 bucks....didnt matter to me. Good experience, but only because of your associate. THANK YOUMICHAEL W.

Love the ease of your mobile check in. Truck was dirty which brought concern on your company sanitizing the trucks in between rentals. The cargo had items from previous renter and the driving area did not appear as though it was wiped down.Cynithea R.

I tried to change my reservation via telephone and the staff was very unprofessional. On the day of rental, I called 7 times prior to my arrival and no one answered the phone. In addition, I had to wait close to 10 minutes for someone to come to the front door. The truck was dirty and they had the gas tank on full (F) when it was clearly NOT on F (I have the pictures to prove it). I returned it with a full tank to avoid being changed for gas.Nevelle D.

They falsely claim I returned the gas below the level I picked up the truck. They then over charged me an exorbitant amount and called it a so called " wrong destinatikn" charge. There is nothing on my contract called "wrong destination" penalty or fee. My contract says they supposed to charge additional current daily rate fee at time of rental. My total daily amount was $76. Twice that is not $230 that was charged. Then they charged me extra fuel charge which is plain "theft". I even had to put gas twice at the gas station just to make sure I got it exactly to the same spot on gas gauge. The drive from gas station on salem rd to location is about 3-5 miles( Salem rd to Dogwood rd).Charles T.
