The gentleman that helped me at the desk and to hook up the trailer was really helpful. This was the second time he helped me when renting from U-Haul in Creastwood. Keep this guy around, he is great for your business.

Best uhaul I’ve ever been to including ones in other states. Super friendly staff and guy who helped with hookup gave us great information about the breaking system on trailer and how uhaul trailers are made by uhaul themselves. Went farther away for availability. Will go to that location from now on

Amber LI had two minor problems with the vehicle. At 2 different gas stations the pump kept shutting off before the tank was full so it took a little effort to keep engaging the lock. Also during unpacking at our destination we could see there was a small leak as one of the boxes was wet and several of the blankets were wet. We did have a lot of heavy rain on the second day of our journey.

Pamela KWhen picking up the trailer, they found the trailer wiring had been cut and they made the repair on the spot. It took a little while, but the fix held for my entire trip...very happy they quickly made the fix and got me on the way rather than trying to source a new trailer. Well done

Muhammad RUHaul corporate- STOP requesting people create a UHaul account. It’s unnecessary, intrusive, and I was able to complete my truck return without it.

Christopher HA to Z Auto Center was fantastic. UHaul’s reservation system is atrocious. For the second time in six months, I reserved a truck online at specific locations. And for the second time I was contacted the day before pickup and told I needed to pick up my truck at a different location. Both times the locations opened much later than the originally reserved location, and both times the revised pick up location was farther away. The online check in process was abysmal as well. I was required to take pictures of my license a second time even though I had already uploaded pictures of my license weeks prior for early check in. The customer service at the actual pickup and drop off locations was top notch, but those are independently run service centers. They were not UHaul centers.

Stephen WAlways a pleasure at A To Z. My only issue was there was an unmarked scratch on the truck. I tried to upload it to the website but after five minutes it was still trying to load. Don't know if it ever made it up or not.
