Location name was somewhat confusing. Apparently multiple business names for that address

Carlos G.I made a sane day reservation and was truly grateful that the facility was open and had what we needed fir a one way rental. The staff was extremely pleasant and personable and the process to pick up the equipment was easy. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Beverly S.it was confusing when we arrived. We found the place open, but no one there to attend to us. We mistakenly went to the wrong drop off location, but no one was there to help us realize the error, so getting it corrected caused extra steps & a charge we should have not been charged.....and are now having to get corrected. Overall though, Uhaul was helpful, and the location we were supposed to drop off in the first place was EXCELLENT!! The lady that handles that location is very professional and helpful. I wish I had actually met her in person. She represent Uhaul very well!!

Steven B.At first things seemed good to go but on the road a tire blew out. We got help from the roadside assistance but we didn't feel comfortable driving it back from NJ to GA any more. We were told we could change our return location online but it wouldn't allow us to make changes. I called and they said yes you can do that through your pickup location so I called the pick up location and they said you have to make the change at the return location. Finally we went to a return location and they said we could but there would be a charge for not returning to original location. I explained that online it says you can change location and it doesn't charge but for whatever reason it wouldn't go through for me and he said it was because of the type of trailer we rented. We explained the tire blowing out and how it wouldn't be safe to take the trailer on another trip and at the end of it all the only way we could make the change was if we paid $400 in addition to the $150 we paid to originally rent the thing. A safety scare and a bill we were not expecting. We will never rent a uhaul again.

Craig H.They told me there was a 1/4 tank of gas and there was less, it was in-between 1/4 and empty. They didn't do a walk-around of the truck with me. They made me carry out both the appliance dolly and utility dolly to the truck myself. Handed me the key and just pointed at the truck. When I went to return the truck there was no where to park! I had to drive all the way to the back and park in front of a storage unit because the trucks were not organized. I will NEVER rent from this location again.

Amazing customer service in accommodating our specific needs and efficiency with last-minute driver changes, in our opinion, is what makes them stand out among the rest. Tammy C.Gas was NOT at half a tank and I was treated like I took the truck off the lot at half, it was 10 gallons below half and I drove 20 miles and had to put in 50$ of gas to get it back to half so I wouldn't be charged. Scammers and crooks, STAY AWAY!!!
Nicholas C.The equipment was clean, but the engine would not start. I think something was wrong with the battery. I was, not able to use the equipment. However, the roadside assistance was helpful in helping me rely the appropriate message to the location. Good service still.
SHANNON W.There was no one to help me hook up the trailer. I had to wait for assistance. Customers need to know that they have to bring help with them. I was seven minutes late getting there but called to let them know. It took 50 minutes from the time I arrived until I walked out and got in truck. Never experienced anything like that with U-Haul

Arrived and location was closed. This was on my daughter's college graduation day and spent over an hour trying to figure out the problem. Will not use Uhaul again. Had many people warn me about their issues with Uhaul.
