Bernice SI was supposed to pick up the trailer in St. Cloud at 7am. I had to drive 40 miles one way, causing my trip to be delayed one day. We could'nt use the app and had to drive a distance again to drop off the trailer. I believe a partial discount is in order!
Dan MHad an emergency change of plans and needed something quick for a cross country move. They were able to accommodate and switch from a trailer to a truck.
