pick up location and drop off location. We’re both changed from the original contract. This added about 20 extra miles of driving on the truck which resulted in additional mileage charges. This left me, wondering if it was a scam or not to get extra charges.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNA
Mark DThis was not my original pickup location, unfortunately for me nobody was at the original location. This location was not prepared for me to be there for pickup. There was spotty cell service which evidently U-HAUL expects me to provide to upload my license.
David LPicked up and dropped off U-haul same day. Person who helped us didn’t process our drop off and got a notification 8 days later that our rental was overdue. Had to pay a bunch of extra money for an overdue U-Haul that I turned in the same day. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
