How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnly had half of the blankets I paid for and said I would be credited for the difference, which I was not. Truck had trash on the front seat and in the cargo area. This was my first experience with Uhaul that was not great.
Kirk MLanguage barrier. Contract isn’t explained clearly
ROBERT MThe altered pickup location caused me to incur unforseen gas fees and the office attendant was oddly impatient.
William WThe original truck given to me malfunctioned. It needs serious maintenance. When I took it back he wanted to argue before giving me a different truck. That truck had 14 miles until e so it wasn't even filled a quarter tank. I won't be ordering from them again the service was rude
