I used the after hours drop off due to a change in our schedule. It was a handy option. But the QR code and app were awkward to use. So I opted to drop off the truck, photograph the exterior and odometer and drop the keys in the lock box. With out completely filling out the app info. Otherwise everything was great, customer service, equipment!
