I shouldn't have to use my phone to check out the vehicle. It's not my responsibility to take a picture of anything and them send it in to check out. It just so happened the location services weren't working in this are. All I should be responsible for is dropping off the truck and turning the key in. Which ended up happening anyway because the location services weren't working. I'm the customer, I don't work for Uhaul. Also after I turned the truck in the vehicle was stolen during the night. The representatives I spoke with asked me questions that implied I didn't turn the truck in. Then almost a week later someone else called me and asked when I was going to turn the truck in. Their records indicated I still had the truck. Not good business by uhaul.

Denine Hines H.I can't think of anything at all that needs improvement. It was absolutely wonderful service even in 100° plus heat. All smiles and helpfulness from the minute I walked in the door from Savannah. Then when I came to return the trailer, before I got backed into the parking stall, the owner appears in my mirror helping to back into the parking spot. He did an immediate walk around the trailer, had me disconnected in a matter of minutes, and pushed a few buttons on his phone and had me back on my way in no time. I highly recommend these guys for all your Uhaul needs as their service CANNOT be beat by anyone!
