Robert C.I was anxious about the pickup location which couldn't be confirmed until 24 hrs ahead of my move date. That is because some of the alternate locations were quite remote. However, the Abington, MA traffic department stepped in and confirmed the location and somehow produced a brand new trailer. So thanks for that! One suggestion: when I checked in I had already filled out all the details, uploaded my drivers license etc, but the agent had trouble getting the system to "accept" all the details. Everything seemed to work well apart from that.
