Douglas S.The Uhaul website could be more transparent about the fact that Sisters Towing does not have contactless Uhaul rental availability. However, the location was amazing and everyone there was friendly, courteous, and rented us good equipment.

Woman at the front was not friendly at all, took forever to print my receipt then proceeded to charge me extra for gas even though I filled the tank right back where I received it. There were cats all over the counter and waiting area couch so I had to wait outside due to my allergies to cats. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. The young man who took me to my Uhaul however was great.
