Didn’t know what they were doing. I had to change a reservation I made online and he asked if I still wanted to return the truck to Swansea and I said yes but then I got charged $105 for wrong drop off. We got there and instead of 15’ we got 20’ truck which was too big so we had to spread things out so everything wouldn’t move. I paid $10 for moving pads and he didn’t put them in truck and they were closed s o I had to go to another store to get them because our movers required them as part of the contract. Very unhappy with the entire process. They shouldn’t be allowed to rent out your trucks if they don’t know what they are doing.
Kevin OThere was a mix up about whether they could handle trailers, but they were friendly and courteous and gave me my jacket which I left in the truck.
kirby zI put in my rental locations. The pickup was 50 minutes from my house. Which is 40 minutes past where I needed to use the moving truck. Then I was changed to again due to a lot being full in north shore Boston for the return. Ridiculous after moving all weekend and having to change plans because a location was overbooked. The return took an extra 40 minutes with traffic than the original requested drop off. Customer service was zero help. Then on top I was charged $18 for extra miles after I was told the miles would be increased. Would not use this service again. Terrible customer service.
