Will not rent the 4x8 trailer again as it is bouncy and loud compared to the smoother riding 6x12 trailers I usually rent

Unable to use one of the two straps on the car trailer as it was torn. This is a serious safety issue. As a result, I spent addition money to purchase straps. I reported issue to Uhaul customer service, who in turn said they would contact Kerezi (leaser) to inform them. More than 48 hours later, I have not received a response from Uhaul.

Robert BI dropped off after hours and never went in the location or spoke with anyone. It had easy access to drop off. This review won't let me fill in information without leaving marks on the drop off personnel I never met, and an office I never visited.
