Trailer was dirty - had to sweep out before using. I'm glad I watched the UHaul videos for this trailer in advance that showed how to hook it up. Employee was friendly & efficient, but offered no help or assistance with the trailer - I was on my own. Was there about 30 minutes.Charles B.

When the facility is closed but pick up is still available through the app, the GPS location services did not work properly and the app kept indicating we were not at the pick up point but we were in fact sitting in the parking lot next to the vehicle.David P.
Have the truck available at the pickup location I reserved and for the we price I was quoted online. If I wasn't paying attention I would have had to pay an extra $100. I think I still ended up being charged a few extra dollars.CHAD B.

Started out being a good experience then took a turn when we had a problem closing on the house we were purchasing. The sale fell through and after packing and then having to unpack the truck we were told that we had to â€œcall the 800 numberâ€ after trying to return the truck to the original purchase. We were told by the original drop off facility that it wouldn't be a problem to bring it back to the original facility. The truck was driven 5-6 miles in total. After being on hold for 15 minutes and on the phone with the 800 number for. Total of 25 minutes we were told that the facility would be able to take care of the situation and adjust the properly. The original cost was over $150 to go 49 miles. After the adjustment I saved $17 to have the truck for 24 hours and drive less than 6 miles. I was charged for gas and other charges. The truck pictures were incorrect and the hand truck was just lying in the back. I felt rushed when we purchased the truck. Mistakes weren't fixed and I blown off when I tried to return the truck. Location doesn't seem to take the business seriously. I hope they take their reviews seriously.Michael B.
There seems to be a miscommunication between the people who actually service that truck between rentals and what I see on my invoice the mileage is still not correct on the truck so if the next customer doesn't pay attention he will end up in the same situation I was in the mileage being way over what he actually drove. And I would also suggest some updating on your mobile app to make it easier to use. Thank you for correcting my experience but I fear it will carryover to the next customer.Marshall C.

Your customer service sucks I received 4 emails before pick up was told at American they did not have a truck for me as I never scheduled my pick up from there the Uhaul location at the Pan American Blvd location were rude on the telephone took me 2 hours 3 different phone numbers to figure out where I was picking the truck up. The windshield wipers were horrible the passengers side door leaking and the air conditioner was dripping on my feet. Horrible just horribleJAMESG F.

Dealer did not provide any information ahead of time that they do not provide parking for your vehicle while renting. Instead they suggested I park my car three miles away and Uber back to their location. They were not very organized overall, and it took quite a significant amount of time to obtain the vehicle.Jeff G.
Was originally told I was able to drop if off at the Self Stoage on Toledo blade by calling the 800 number for uhaul. I attempted to do so and the manager, Richard was extremely rude saying it wasnt possible and that "no one would have told me to do that. " I had to take it elsewhere.Danielle R.

Could not pick up auto transport at original location because obviously you oversold the item. I get to Mineral Springs (which was out of my way) and am informed the price was wrong, After so some discussion that was settled. Then was told they no longer help hooking it up. Unless I wanted to pay $40. I told her the least they could do was help me hook it up since it was not available at original location and my husband had just gotten out of the hospital. Everything was well maintained and customer service was excellent. Jamie, my representative, was attentive, professional, and got me in and out in no time. You can rent a truck anywhere but you rarely get customer service as good as Jamie.Owen B.
The system what uhaul has not working poprer and I wasted more then 90 min on trying to get the trailer and it after I did the express check in. The staff was great but the system is just not good at all. Also after I drop off the trailer the return online didn't work I was on hold with Customer service for over half an hour to have them put in notes I drop the trailer off. The location and stuff is great the U-Haul trailers is out dated and worn to much the break system was leaking and cross axle was looking like it was going to fall apart.PAVEL S.
