Service at Wareham Standard Repair was outstanding. The people were friendly and accommodating. They “saved the day” for me since my daughter’s reservation for a 20’ truck completely fell apart. She made the request in June (3 months prior). She was advised that “rules” prohibited retaining a truck in Boston for three days, so she was directed out of town. Furthermore, she was advised the day before the rental that her truck was no longer available and she was assigned a 26’ truck. This was totally impractical for a Boston move! Shame on you, UHaul! Luckily , I had a hitch and made a 12’ trailer work.
JOHN FThe vehicle had trouble starting and it drove rough. I was nervous if I put gas in it it would die and not start back up so I had to pay the extra money for you guys filling it.

TRACY HThere were a few things that you could definitely improve on this particular truck. First of all the radio is just white noise. It’s horrible. I had to drive eight hours in the truck and I like a radio to break the silence when I’m alone. The other problem is that you have a leak in the roof of this truck on the right rear roof seam. It’s a small leak, but it was enough to damage two of our small tables. We will be contacting U-Haul about this, but unfortunately, the veneer on the table tops bubbled in several places. Lastly, when I left Wareham, it was sprinkling slightly, but with in a few minutes, I was driving a torrential downpour that lasted for about an hour and a half, and the windshield has a sort of banded residue that I couldn’t get off, even with wiping very, very hard with paper towels. I don’t know what that is, but the residue clung to the rain and made visibility very difficult when it was raining. I was actually quite worried because I was on the highway and couldn’t see that well.
