The Uhaul app didn't work and when I tried to pick up my truck, it kept bringing to a dead link. I had to contact customer service and finally got the truck picked up but only after an hour. The location didn't include my blankets and when I was directed to another location to get the blankets they told me I would have to pay for the blankets but they had to be returned to the same location. Since this was a one way rental that was not an option. I needed up moving without any blankets. The delay caused me to get driving later.

Great pickup and return process.
JOHN DI was charged a different mileage from the website and counter visit. It was marked $1.39 (or $1.49) per gallon for the trip online and the counter rep noted that same per mileage fee. I was charged $1.79/mile. The tank was full and I was traveling less than 20 miles, so the rep also said don't worry about the gas. I was charged 3 gallons. Overall, this only about $25, but I will no longer use this U-Haul location.
JOEL WI did not receive the dolly or furniture pads I was charged for which made moving even more complicated trying ti figure something out last minute
