Truck was excellent. Agent very helpful and knowledgeable. However, NOT notified in advance that 2 hand trucks I had ordered were not available. It made moving more difficult. However, helpers recommended by U-Haul were excellent. Could not have asked for any better.

Chuck D.U-Haul has the most aggravating ad arduous process for picking up a vehicle. At one point I was being asked for an emergency contact, alternate emergency contact and a passport. All I want is to pick up the vehicle and use it. Moving day has enough difficulties if it's own, U-Haul only exacerbated those stressed. Absolutely would recommend against going with such a terribly organized company.
