The back of the truck was very dirty, including several cigarette butts on the floor. I had to sweep it before I could use it. It's clear that the truck wasn't fully prepared before I took it.

Back tail light was out. Helen’s couldn’t help us with a pick up location. Finally got one then was changed last minute. Didn’t have the truck we originally were promised.
KAYLA RThe check in with the app took a LONG time and didn't work correctly the first try. When we returned, someone from Helen's came to help us check out which I appreciated.
Tara CThey are really more of a gas station/garage. That is their focus. The rentals are a secondary business. I understand that it's winter however the truck could have been cleaned up. The inside of the truck where are things were being loaded onto was dirty and as a result got a lot of our property dirty. I did order blankets however this place did not have any and does not carry them at all. Therefore that option should not be available. They also did not have a dolly which I had also requested. So for those last two reasons I would say I would not recommend to rent from this place. I did not pick them originally. This was given as a suggestion because the place that I did select did not have the size truck that I required. The staff was friendly. The system that U-Haul runs ran really slow that day. It took at least 45 minutes to check out the truck. It wasn't because the person helping me was slow. It was the system itself.
