How U-Haul Reviews WorkIf it is a non personnel location make sure the renter has access to the key without having to go through the process and then still have to wait for the owner to get there and give you the key. Which then cuts into the time you have paid for because you already filled out all information thinking it would be a smooth and simple process. Never again.
JASMINE BThe truck did not contain the moving blankets I ordered.
Lloyd BThis was the worst uhaul experience I have had. I will probably not be using U-Haul again.
