It's not easy to maneuver to in the Truck, there was a ton of construction in area & a lot of the routes to the location were blocked off. This very well may not of been the issue of the establishment but it didn't help & though staff wasn't rude was not actively present in front upon initial walk in. Had to walk around a bit to find an employee. Other than that was fine.george T.

This location didn't have our truck ready. And, the backup truck also wasn't ready. So, we had to be downgraded to a smaller truck. Even though we didn't ask for a dolly or blankets, they were permanently attached to the truck. So, we couldn't fit all our boxes in the truck, because a dolly was blocking a key location in a smaller truck. Please, remove the dollies from all trucks. I know you think it's a convenience feature, but it really is not. It steals space.Peter C.
My original reserved U haul wasn't available when I arrived to the dealer to pick up the car hauler. I called u haul 3 times and only was only able to get through once after being on the phone for 20 mins twice (then it hung up) the third time that I was ale to get thru the CSR hung on me switching me over. I've yet to get a call back and my reservation was supposed to be guaranteed or I receive 50$. Not only till after I drove 5 miles to another location and set up a new car hauler in store was I able to even get the car hauler in the first place. If it hadn't been that someone had just returned the car hauler i would've been SOL. Your dealer at comet motors 6137 E Admiral Pl had no answers for me other then that you all had double book the same Trailer. This whole ordeal thru my schedule all the way off.Theodore P.
I rented a appliance dolly and returned it the same day, and the next day I got a call from someone asking me when I was going to return it so somewhere there was a disconnect. But they were very helpful and very nice.karen M.

It doesn't make any sense to rent a U-Haul that it's not in good condition it rained inside of the truck which with my items I had to stop because it was raining outside I wasn't even caring about the rain outside part it was raining inside of the truck even when you were driving it was raining inside that part two I also had a trailer that was pulling me to the side because the tire was on a flat they said I could call roadside assistance but I had a certain amount of time to get out of my residents to move in my other residence so I didn't have time to wait for someone to come she did do a little something but I don't believe it was good enough for what I went through I would never rent a U-Haul again if it was be that much trouble it was not worth itRACHAEL C.

I was told I could call if I needed to extend return time. I ended up needing an extra 1-2 hours and called hours before returning to ask if I could extend. I was told I could not since another reservation was booked. I returned on time and took key inside. The move did not get finished and I needed to make another reservation for the next day. The woman employee advised me at that time that I could have kept the truck longer and asked if I wanted to extend the current rental time instead of closing and re-renting. I would have loved to because that would have meant we would have completed moving in one day but my moving help had already left. She also confirmed that extending the rental would have been less money than renting another truck. I asked if any amount could be taken off the next rental to help offset that difference since it was obvious that I was not given correct nor helpful information/advice. She denied my request, didn't apologize and didn't seem to care whatsoever. I was forced to spend more money on a truck, moving help and child care. Plus the added personal exhaustion and time lost since the move soaked up the entire weekend instead of being done in one day. I understand I should have better guessed my original return time but I would have never imagined employees would such incompetent guidance and completely customer satisfaction skills or sympathy at the very least. The truck itself was very clean and operated perfectly. The employees could definitely use some additional help or training.REBEKAH M.
