The truck had dog hair all over the console and passenger seat. It was clearly not cleaned after the previous renter. It's pretty gross since they are supposed to be sanitized with because of covid. We have rented a uhaul van two times in the last month and both times have not been the best experience.John D.
Improve the U-haul on-line experience by getting rid of the gauntlet of extra services that customers are FORCED to navigate between the initial rental page and the checkout page. I'm referring to the page offering boxes, and the one for moving equipment, and the one for storage, and the one for help, and at least one or two more.LAWRENCE M.

I had reserved a 10x10 downstairs unit specifically because we had some very heavy furniture items. When we arrived, the unit we were given was changed to the 2nd floor. This location does not have an elevator, just a flight of stairs to haul up our very heavy furniture. We were extremely upset by this change and it took us twice the amount of time in a sweltering hot drop off bay. There was only one employee at cs with a line of people so check in time took a while. The cs employee gave us a unsatisfactory explanation on why reservations can be changed. Very disappointed and will not use I haul in the future.CHRISTOPHER RYAN F.
This was the third location that my reservation was moved around to. It was very inconvenient. They forgot to include my dolly in the truck, so I had to drive back to the location to have it removed from my invoice. I was unable to get through by phone the estimated wait time was 30 minutes hold time.PATRICIA D.
Check-in of the trailer: Waited over 20 minutes in line while the only person at the counter assisted a telephone caller with arranging rental of a truck for a cross-country move. There were four other in-line behind me who also had to wait. I've been in customer service/sales for over 30 years and would have simply asked the person on the phone if I could call them back in a few minutes to finalize arrangements for their move, as there were customers in the store. Instead, we all waited...and waited...and waited. Not a professional experience.David C.

The location and MGR ELI are ALWAYS great. However, this time (not due to the location) I got a call stating I had not returned the trailer rented 5/25. I had actually delivered it early. It was an error on part of those who oversee returns and it was SO stressful. I never heard back after asking them to confirm all well, and Friday took 1/2 day off work to deal with it (lost $140.00 doing that) and it was a mistake on part of Uhaul. REALLY!!!!!!!! The lack of diligence and failure to follow they with customer cost me in the long run!! Not fair!MALIA MARI G.
We did not receive the moving blankets we ordered. The day after I returned the rental, you staff called me asking me when I was going to return the rental. I had to assure them that it was on site from the day before, and in fact two of your people "verbally" check me in on the return and stated that they would record the return in the computer... guess that never happened. Now I am waiting to see if you will credit me the fee for the moving blankets that we never received, and I have told this to 3 different U-Haul Reps... but likely we will never see that return on our credit card based on the overall lack of communication.brian D.

Employee at counter during check-in ignored us for several minutes without greeting us or telling us he would be with us shortly. He did not thank us for waiting or explain what the delay in helping us was. We arrived back before closing time but the front door was already locked and no one was around to help us with return. Very poor customer service. I am a frequent renter but will hesitate to use this location ever again.MARY KAY G.

Gentleman that checked me in was awesome (from the Mohave Desert) - phone ringing, everything busy, but he was on it, positive, and got me hooked up and out of there in no time. Great attitude.
