Looks run down and shady. Old vehicles that have been sitting for a long time.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWould have preferred the attendant to remark the truck where he wanted it vs having me move it.
MARK PAttendant was very nice. We stopped by the day before to make sure we would have the truck the next morning - it was there and waiting for us. It would have been nice to have the truck full of fuel and return full. Having it at a quarter tank meant we had to make a gas run, then try to estimate how much to fill on a long trip and not give U-Haul our gas.
Susan SNo place to park, dude just worked there not a uhaul employee.
Matthew BSeemed a bit chaotic and unorganized. Also felt it was overpriced.
