I found the self chech in procedure rather confusing. At times it seemed like I was in the right place but then I clicked on what I thought was the right place and it went somewhere else. Once we figured it out it was fine but I think most would prefer just to drop off the vehicle and key and have you contact with any issues which you will have to do anyway. It felt like I was doing work for you and it was time consuming and a hassle.
Keith O.Pickup was smooth and quick, using proper equipment. The return was a bit more traumatic, using improper equipment to raise the trailer caused some moments. Still relatively quick and efficient.
