Had to drive to another location to pickup truck! Headlight was not working…we called the Uhaul place to see if they would switch out the truck & they said No they could not do that even though there was another truck there! So I called Uhaul roadside assist & repairman came out he got it working but the next day it would not work as we were traveling to out destination and never worked again. So not a good experience since we had to travel in rain awhile with only one headlight working!

She told me that she had to attend to another customer and that I would have to wait. She said she just needed to put a note in the system, and that would be it. Honestly, it upset me a lot because these things are legal matters, and there was no proof that I had notified them in time about the check engine light being on. I took a video of the situation just in case they try to blame me later for something that was never my problem.
