We had a few glitches trying to get the U-Haul app to recognize the location of our return depot in Victoria BC. However, the fellow who helped us never gave up and we got it sorted out. We also had to call two U-Haul people to sort out some other issues. They were very helpful and polite as well and we were soon on our way.
