The vehicle was filthy and not cleaned after previous use. The cabin had strong cigarette smell that flared up allergies for myself and fiance. The flooring had dried up mud stains, and there was litter on and around the passenger seat. The cargo was very dirty as if it was used to move cement bricks. We usually use liners for the floor, but the overall cleanliness was extremely disappointing. Not sure the point of charging a cleaning fee if you are not cleaning between rentals. Lastly the gas was left below E when picked up. I wasted 30 minutes fueling and airing out the cabin.
