Not very organized and did have have all that I reserved for supplies. I had to go to a different location to pick up supplies and come back to pick up the truck which was inconvenient as I was on a time restraint.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey changed my drop off date and over charged me.
Laura JHave staff on site during reservation pick-up time, 3 customers waiting for pick up and 1 customer even thought I was the person working their, complete BS
Tom PStaff wasn’t there for pickup or drop off. Did everything for pickup ourselves and via a phone call that we could hear them ordering food in the background.
Lorelei KThere was no one working physically at the pick up site that day and I almost had to attach the equipment to my car myself even though I have no experience. Luckily, I was able to contact someone to come and help, but I would have appreciated the heads up before arriving that day that I may be on my own.
