How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe parking area for the equipment needs work. It is full of boulders, tree stumps, uneven ground, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful, this rating is strictly re: the parking area

roderick wOnly thing was I was looking for a bigger truck and had originally booked one in advance but was contacted by U-Haul and told they are more for one way trips. Was a little disappointed but made do with the smaller one.
RICHARD AHad some communication issues at first but called an agent in Georgia USA , someone did something to my account with uhaul and it wasn’t me. I was being accused about gas or something of this such with the previous rental which didn’t take gas. It was only a box I hauled not a truck. So I knew I didn’t do what was being stated. The Georgia agent dealt with it.
