How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat personalized service in this era of AI and chat robots. It’s a pleasure to know there are still humans to do business with. Also efficient and quick service.
CHRIS GStaff was extremely helpful.
Patricia SVery cordial and accommodating. Excellent customer service.
Stanley HMileage charge rate seemed expensive since I pay for gas. Short-term, low mileage rental would have been more economical with say, free first 50 miles per day. As storage facility tenant, I also think modest discount would have been attractive. Agent and manager very polite and helpful. Excellent rental experience.
