Arrived at drop off location 24 hours plus before due date (but after normal business hours of 8-12). Called number on contract several times but no answer. Could not leave message. Uhaul app could not find or confirm my location. Spent several hours on phone trying to find someone to check-in my return. Two other people were at site upon my arrival, party was having same issues as me.

Was very convenient and easy to rent guys made it flawless
JAMES OMakes no sense to charge for 2 days when you are closed Saturdays and Sundays! If i pick up on Friday, before close, and you aren't there to rent it out again Saturday or Sunday, why am I charged for 2 days? You weren't there to rent it anyways! Furthermore, none of the left tail lights worked on the trailer. Guess no one checks those things? Glad i wasn't pulled over. I i ended up booking through the website for $75.00 but paid $90.00 at the pick up location!!! Don't plan on renting again... truck or trailer!
SHAWN SHad an unsecured hand truck in back of the truck. Since I was picking up 4'x8' sheets of rigid foam board, I could not risk having the hand truck moving around and damaging the foam boards. Had to make a special trip back to dealer to drop off the hand truck. I did not order a hand truck.
Ronald MWhen I rented the trailer on line, I arranged a Saturday pickup not knowing the location didn’t have Saturday hours. The owner called me on Friday and we did the process over the phone and all was good.
