I was not able to check in on the link sent to me by U Haul. The people at the facility made us wait over 1/2 hour to check in the unit
Timothy GStop ripping people off, my order receipt online said " due at pickup " was 61.02, but when I hot there, they told me I had to pay 131.00 before I could pick it up, which I reluctantly had to pay in order to move, AFTER, returning the uhaul truck, early at that, they charged me another EXTRA 80.00, Complete fraud, I will never rent from uhaul again !
BARBARA WI knew I was at the correct business, but there was no signage for the exact location to drop the truck off at. There was no other u-Haul equipment around and I finally found the key return on a fence post on the edge of the property so that is where I parked the truck. Overall between my pickup and drop off experiences. I will likely look at other options for future moving needs.
