I was originally supposed to pick up my equipment in Grove City, and I received two calls asking me to switch my rental to this location, even though it would add more driving time and miles to my trip. I agreed as they claimed they were "trying to get this place up and running." The equipment was full of dirt both in the driver side and in the back of the truck. Also, I returned the truck with slightly more than 1/2 full of fuel, even though it was only at 1/2 when I picked it up. I was charged for 3 gallons of fuel. It is only $18, but for a place that has "vote Christian values" signs in front of it, I'm disappointed in the lying. I will not be using this location again. It was my fault for not taking a picture of the fuel gauge, I should have been prepared for the location to lie to get extra fees added to the total.

Tom DI did not interact with personnel at this location, but the lot was large enough to park the uhaul and the instructions were clear to complete the drop off. This location was very close to where we needed the uhaul for. The whole process was excellent!
