Showed up to get the truck and no one was there. Probably ought to mention that for these locations the customer has to phone in to pick up the truck. System worked great, just did not know to call in. Thanks
DAVE VThe truck I recieved had a few issues but I cannot blame the location. It was not serviced or issues not reported. I had to drive 5.5 hours with a uhual box truck that had the death wobble, brake shimmy, and blown shocks. It was a very unsafe and unpleasant drive. The truck's steering wheel was shaking back and forth the entire drive and every dip in the road caused 6-7 bounces in the front end. Pressing the brake caused the steering wheel to shimmy even worse. I had to get to where I was going so my experience driving old vehicles made me push through it and get to my destination but this is really unusual for a truck with only 50k miles on it. Please service the front end of that truck before someone with no experience uses it.

william cWebsite was easy to use. Hire 2 person on uhaul to help unload truck and never could get a hold of them. Took longer than. Expected to unload. Grateful that no one was waiting on the truck as it got turned in really late. Ty.
