When I picked up the truck it had not been cleaned. The steering wheel was sticky the floor was full of dirt and personal items from the last renter. The check engine light was on with three things on the read out I reported this to the guy in the store the only thing he said was oh im very sorry. I have rented trucks from this location before and never had a truck given to me in that condition.

John AHello, first of all I had problems with app, the pictures not uploading, second , the ramp was broken. So, I spent a lot of time and requested more guys for load and unload the appliances. Also, your customer service wasn’t very helpful with that ramp problem, just transferred me to t different departments
