How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy pickup location was moved the day before my rental, forcing me to pay for 40kms of mileage, self-pickup didn’t work, I never heard back from them, person in the office was not there and then the truck had less than a quarter of a tank of fuel. The overall experience was god-awful. It’s clear that they have the monopoly because their efforts were obscenely poor.
Christopher HI had a mishap driving and scraped the side against a low hanging shed in the parking lot I lived at I was very upset and stressed about it The uhaul employees helped me calm down by not stressing about it Moving is very stressful They really helped Thank you
