Shelbyville location was excellent as stated, however the site (mufreesboro) that took my reservation entered both my phone#, email address and last name incorrectly which cause me not to get notified that my reservation had been moved to the Brentwood location. I did not know about this until I went Saturday morning to pick up the trailer at Murfreesboro. They told me I should have gotten a text, phone call or email I told them I received nothing from Uhaul. The gentleman at the counter apologized for the inconvenience and stated I would receive a $50 credit on my card(which I still have not received. He was able to find the trailer in the Shelbyville location. This is the second time I or my family have had an issue with the Murfreesboro location. I only found out about the incorrect information when I tried to return the unit via the app on sunday.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe lady working there was fantastic. Very friendly.
JEREMY EEverything looked okay, but when we reached our destination and started unloading, we realized there was a crack in the ceiling. We hit a rain storm and it leaked all over the blanket and our black leather couch.
Nancy LSavannah was very helpful and courteous.
