Gilletts is a great place to do business with. Uhaul on the other hand isn't so much. Everytime I rent there's always a problem with after hours pick up or drop off. Uhauls system is so glitchy and leaves you spending way to much time trying to figure it out.

JAMES UVehicle had very low tire pressure which I had to correct myself which forced my rental time to start 1 hour late and I filled the gas tank up to full since it only had 1/2 tank when I picked up the vehicle. I did not receive any credit back fir the extra gas that I purchased for the next renter.
