You are charging me for extra mileage when you made me pick the truck up in a location other than what I reserved. I also had to avoid overpasses to not damage the truck so I had to go extra mileage. Extremely disappointing. I filled up the gas tank even beyond what was required. Will never use U-Haul again.

DONNELL MIt was a stress free experience. My only concern is the toll. On the PA Turnpike there was a toll, at the toll booth a picture was taken of the tag and a bill will be sent, where will the bill be sent....? This information in advance would be helpful... Thanks...!
