Tank was empty, even though the rental contract said it would be 1/4 full. I still left it how it was supposed to be, but it was unfair to make me make up that fuel. The rental location makes it hard to take pictures of the vehicles for initial and final inspection because it is so cramped. It was hard to open the app and self-serve because there was barely any signal.

Alexander CThere were absolutely zero places to park a 26’ truck. We rented two trucks for my move I returned the second truck to a different location.
Ole OWorst experience I have even had with U-Haul. I was promised a $20 credit because the truck I rented a 26ft truck it wasn’t ready. It took 1 hour to get the keys then the truck was dirty and had no gas. I then had to get a smaller truck and was given the keys for the wrong truck. After 1 1/2 hour I finally got a truck I didn’t reserve. I was told I would get a credit and then they would move the drop off time and neither was done. I will not ever rent from there again. Worst experience ever!!!!
