Great customer service
JOHNNY CUpon picking up the vehicle, I found that the gas tank was nearly empty. This situation is unacceptable and sets a poor tone for the rental process. When I returned the vehicle, I was informed that the gas level was not filled to the required mark. However, I can assure you that it was more full than when I received it. This discrepancy not only caused confusion but also left me feeling unfairly treated. Additionally, I paid for the rental of a dolly, which was not provided at the time of pickup. This omission severely impacted my ability to complete my move efficiently and added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Given these issues, I would like to know what steps U-Haul plans to take to address these problems and ensure that future customers do not face similar experiences. It is crucial for your company to maintain high standards of service, and I hope to see improvements moving forward.
