If I wasn't present when they showed up my reservation would have gone to a different person. The person it was going to go to was basically giving word from the owners of the shop that they can have it. So they either ignored my reservation request or didn't see it at all. There seems to be some kind of disconnect between U-Haul and its outlets. The shop did honor my reservation over all, which I commend them for. My experience with them was very good. Redone for the three star is because the interior of the vehicle was full of dirt, food scrap and cigar wrap papers. The windshield also leaked water.

Nothing overall good experience
SALANTOE LService was great, only thing it was a little difficult getting the Uhall out from the space where the last people had it. Customer service was excellent.

dENNIS FI had a very pleasant experience with UHaul at Shop Boyz Wrecker Service location in Selma, Alabama. The woman that assisted me was very professional and accommodating. The 26 ft. truck was returned hours late on the day that I rented it but, the woman that was there took it upon herself to stay beyond closing hours for the then renters to return truck. While I did not ask her to do that, it showed me that she honors rental reservations. Upon receiving the truck, it was cleaned on the inside and she showed how everything works on the truck. Again, she was truly professional and went beyond assisting me as customer. My overall experience with this location was excellent. Thank you!
