Nathanael VWorst uhaul experience ever. Didnt have stock at 17th street location. Drove 4 hours to pick up from different location. Got overcharged over 300 dollars more than initial quote and now out a 200 dollar tank of diesel. No one could take ownership, responsibility or helped us whatsoever. Got a flat within 12 hours and while it was sitting outside our home and there was zero spare tire available, another expense for us to take on. Extremely disappointed in everything. Called customer service and they also didnt help us. Fully expect a call from someone who can make things right.
