Customer service was very nice. But the inside of the uhaul where you drive was dirty and had something spilled in it. Overall it was very nice!

Jamie D.First truck I received didn't have working air conditioning, but when I let Mike know he made things right for me and got me another unit. It was way too hot to be moving without working air. So I'm giving him a thumbs up!

Don't add stuff no one asked for and don't make it sound like a deal when you ask me to drive further away and pay more and sneak in extras I don't authorize! Stop showing places that have no availability and allowing them to be booked. I'll never use uhaul again. There are better more honest companies.
