I was mischarged for mileage on my last rental. I have been dealing with the issue for months and have not received any movement regarding a solution. The location states I drove over 500km, however head office found that I only drove 43km total. The location still refuses to remove the extra charges of approx. $800+ CAD. Can we please have this resolved asap. I have forwarded my request for a solution over 4-5 different customer service calls.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDirected to drop off at this site. When arrived it looked like a junkyard. Compared and returned the truck using the app, unable to find the key drop. Spent 20 minutes looking for key drop off. I do not recommend this site.
