The convenience of the location was excellent as well as using the app. The truck was clean in the cargo area. The inside of the cab was dirty. The windshield was filthy and the passenger mirror would not stay in place making it a hazard to make lane changes

James TI checked in through the app and there still seem to be confusion over my rental. Once that was figured out, the gentleman assisting was very helpful. He made sure that the oil was full, checked the radiator, and made sure the side mirrors were set. The truck was in good condition, but dirty, although the driver side visor was broken.
Sherilyn FCannot rely on the personnel at this location to troubleshoot anything you have to call Uhaul direct and then the app screwed up it wouldn’t let me enter the mileage. I sat there for 40 minutes, trying to check my car back in and actually when I got back to bring the car back my entire order had been canceled so I had to call and get it reinstated. Checked the truck out and immediately turn right around and turn it back in and that’s when all the problems started with the app. The app really needs to be overhauled.
