First location was a washout. Their system was down. Main location was on top of it. New style tow dolly was outstanding smooth ride and worked perfect!

Grado:

Wont recommend only because I was over charged I was told .39 cents and when I returned it they told me .69 cents. Which was never explained to me at check out. Which isn’t fair and I would like my refund

Grado:

I feel this place has a great selection. But the guy was on his phone the entire time when we tried to check out didn’t help us understand where we needed to go. I would suggest this location to other people because of the many options of different types of u hauls. I just wish a little more attention to the customers and less to his phone.

Truck was great, and I like the price, when I called on the phone to make the reservation it was good, but once I walked there to pick up the truck, customer service was awful, the young guy that was “helping me” it was more interested in what his co worker was doing and showing him what to do, I think the other guy was new or something, but how about my time ? I spent close to 30 mins there because of him, too friendly with those other customers, cause they were all joking around, and to me He was absolutely unprofessional.

Very helpful staff and we were taken care of quickly when we arrived to return the truck.

The downshift mechanism in the automatic transmission was rough. I reported it when I dropped off the vehicle but did not get clear acknowledgement.

Extremely upset with 1-800-GOUHAUL ... will call management soon

Grado:

The staff was VERY unprofessional. They were sampling music on each other's phones instead of helping customers. The employee who completed my paperwork slurped on a nearly empty Starbucks drink the entire time. Also, he took a photo of my driver's license with his personal cell phone. Not sure if it is stored on his phone or not but I will be following up with U-Haul. When I asked what the tire pressure should be he didn't know and finally said 32 psi which was incorrect per the rating on the tire which the decal on the trailer said to use for the cold pressure. If U-Haul wasn't the only one way trailer rental company I would never have used them. Finally, I was initially directed to drop off the trailer at a location that was almost 10 miles away. When I asked about another location a different employee indicated a preference on the paper work that I could call an 800 number when I got to Seattle for a drop off location. However just after picking up the trailer I received a phone message directing me to drop off the trailer at the first location. So much for checking the box about calling for a drop off location. Anyway, when I got to Seattle I did call the 800 number and the woman I spoke with was very helpful and directed me to a much more convenient location.
